These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website and place orders for items from THE 4:20. By ordering goods from THE 4:20 you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms.

When you place an order to purchase a product from us, you will be sent an e-mail from THE 4:20 confirming receipt of your order and setting out the details of your order. During the checkout process you will be forwarded to the VIVA WALLET secure checkout system to enter your credit/debit card details and complete the transaction.
Age of consent
THE 4:20 reserves the right to cancel any order immediately without notice if we believe that the order has been placed by someone who is not legally entitled to and under the age of 18.
When placing an order through our website, you will have a selection of different products, strengths and flavours to choose from. If any of our products are out of stock, we will clearly underline this and notify you all via our website. If however, after placing an order we then determine that we have insufficient stock to fulfil this, you will be notified of this as soon as possible and we will issue a full refund.
Payments must be received before orders can be dispatched.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us through the support tab on our website. You can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, and we will ensure that you will receive a replacement or a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
Please note that we will not accept used tincture . However, if there is something wrong with the tincture, then we will replace the product. ‘Not liking’ the flavour will not be deemed a fault.
Note: All return postage must be payed for by the customer. If a fault is found with the tincture then postage can be refunded.
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order within a period of 14 working days. The period of 14 working days begins on the day after you receive your goods. You must inform us of your wish to cancel in writing either by letter or email within this period. You must take reasonable care of the goods and not use them. You should return goods to us in their original packaging, wherever possible, as soon as possible after informing us of your wish to cancel. If you return goods to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them during transit and we recommend that you use a recorded or secure delivery method. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, we may charge you, or not refund to you, amounts that are attributable to the loss or damage.
Changes to Terms
The Seller shall be entitled to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time but this right shall not affect the existing Terms and Conditions accepted by the Buyer upon making a purchase.
Complaints are taken extremely seriously by THE 4:20 and we endeavour to make sure that our customer’s complaints are dealt with in a professional and confidential manner. Any complaints must be made through the support tab on our website or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org where this will be picked up and dealt with the same day, if this cannot be achieved then we will deal with this the next working day. We will make every effort to ensure that any complaints are resolved within 7 days.

Personal identification information
We will only collect personal information from users when they either, create an account on the site, or place an order on the site as a guest. Users/guests will be asked for an appropriate Name, Email Address, Mailing Address, and Phone number. User’s may refuse to provide any information but it may prevent them from engaging in certain site activities (completing orders). Users have the right to request that the personal information we collect from them be provided to them or deleted at any time and can be accessed from their account screen. Users inactive for a period of 12 months, will have their information deleted automatically. With regards to guests who place an order, their personal information will only be stored for as long as it takes for the order to complete (typically 2-3 days)
We do not store any payment information at all. Our payments are fulfilled by viva wallet, which are a third party which means that no personal payment information is saved.
